These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of accountswappers.com and the services provided by AccountSwappers LLC (“AccountSwappers,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

2. What We Do

AccountSwappers is a US-based marketplace that facilitates the buying, selling, and trading of Final Fantasy XI (FFXI) accounts and in-game gil, and related services. All transactions are between private parties, facilitated by AccountSwappers.

3. Not Affiliated with Square Enix

AccountSwappers LLC operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Square Enix. Final Fantasy XI and all related marks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Assumption of Risk

Purchasing, selling, or trading game accounts or in-game currency may violate Square Enix’s Terms of Service. By using our services you acknowledge and accept any risk to a game account, including the possibility of account suspension or interference by an original owner. We encourage you to review Square Enix’s Terms of Service before transacting.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout (e.g. PayPal invoice). You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact details.

6. All Sales Final

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once account credentials have been transferred or gil delivery has been initiated. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
• Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccountSwappers LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of a game account, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccountSwappers LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AccountSwappers LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
